| PROJECT DESCRIPTION: |
| Living East Bay is the result of a $2m scattered site rehabilitation project that preserved 35 existing rental units of 6 multifamily buildings. Designed by Ed Wojcik Architects, the project brought buildings into code compliance and was completed in 18 months. All of the residents required relocation. |
