| Completed in 2005 and designed by Newport Collaborative Architects, this apartment building was redeveloped in an $11m rehabilitation project that preserved affordable and supportive housing units, including a continuum of care homeless facility providing 18 beds of emergency shelter and 18 beds transitional housing as well as 93 permanent affordable rental apartments. |
